Abdul-Rahmaan Ibn Muhammad is more than a motivational or inspirational speaker. He has more to offer than a keynote address or a positive message. He is more than just talk and believes that action always speaks louder than words. He is a Dream Chaser.

Since 1994, Muhammad has been sharing, speaking and most importantly living the life of a Dream Chaser. As a young father he believed that he must chase his dreams in order to provide a positive life for his daughter and teach her that anything is possible. With the power of his personal motto “Never Stop Dreaming” Muhammad has created a number of businesses, products, gone on adventures and inspired individuals all over the world. Muhammad’s concepts of identifying a dream, dedicating time, finding help, creating steps to your dream and once the dream is attained, to Never Stop Dreaming has been the driving force of his message. He recognized that individuals often sought to catch a dream, but never took the time to follow the crucial steps, or put in the time that it takes to catch their dreams.

One of Muhammad’s most successful dreams is that of starting a community based social service agency. My People Clinical Services, founded in 2005, is one of the leading fee for service social services agencies in Connecticut. The driving philosophy of MPCS is derived from the agencies mission statement: “To enable My People to help Your People so that Our People will succeed” and the model to SUPPORT-EMPOWER-REBUILD children and families. My People Clinical Services has served over 4,000 children and families since it’s inception in March 2005 through their six core programs: Father to Father, Therapeutic Services, Therapeutic Support Staff, Supervised Visitation, and Female Empowerment Program.

With the dream of getting his dynamic message out to other Dream Chasers, Muhammad published a workbook entitled, “The Dream Chaser Workbook”, which features steps every dream chaser should take in the process of catching their dreams. This book is not Muhammad’s first publication. In 2007, he published, “Soapbox Poetry”, a book containing a number of Muhammad’s poems.

Muhammad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tougaloo College, in Tougaloo, MS and received his Masters in Social Work degree from Clark-Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. Muhammad is married to his beautiful wife, Dayeshell and is the proud father of three children, Aminah, Amirah and Amir.
